1. Reporting a bug or request support

Ways to contact us about a bug on the website or request support about any issue you find. You can contact us at rsc@ollieford.co.uk in order to get support. Another source of support is the WordPress Codex, where you can find the official WordPress documentation.

2. Accessing WordPress administration panel

Whether you want to add an existing co-worker to the website as an administrator or create a new user from scratch in order for someone on your team to manage any content as an editor you can see access this content clicking on the title either on this question or on the list above. This section also explains how to reset and change your own passwords or those of your team if you are an administrator.

3. Managing the site navigation

If you add a new post, page or area to your website, you might want to include it to the main navigation menu, or on the other hand, it might be an external link that goes into the footer. In this section you will be able to access the menu editor, add new pages to it, order the items within the navigation and manage the menu locations.

4. Managing your content

This section includes a great deal of information. From how your information is stored, the post types and its taxonomy; a guide for creating, editing and deleting posts; actions you can perform as a bulk on them or the options of displaying them on the screen. Explanations and guides for featured image, taxonomies, tags and categories will be following. If you want to link throughout your page to different sections you can do so; and we would explain how to manage the Search Engine Optimisation plugin so you can get desired results on the broadly known search engines. Finally, an explanation between all the different options of publishing content, drafting content or even scheduling the release of a post. You can also protect any content with a Password.

5. Using the WordPress Editor

If you are new to WordPress or just do not know how to navigate your way around creating new content we have put together this nice guide in order to understand the WordPress editor, which is called Gutenberg, after knowing a bit more you will need to add blocks and edit blocks, which we have also include here.

6. Image Management

From uploading new images to the media library, editing these to different sizes or cropping them till adding cool effects like colour filters. Please check this section for all related to images. 7. Managing maps, visualisations, news and resources

Here we would dip into the bespoke content of Sustainability. We touch the big map with Global attitudes, all the visualisations that come from flourish, whether they’re slides or stories and also we would guide you through News articles and Resources on how to create them and manage them.

8. Managing forms and data

If you need to modify the recipient or add new email addresses to the forms that are currently on the website, you can do so here. Also managing all the data submitted through them.
